Zoé Fabian-Frey

Zoé is Co-Founder and General Partner of Noteus, a pan-european growth equity firm. she leads the firm’s Berlin office and has led investments in companies including Doctolib and Scalable Capital.

Zoé brings 17 years of experience across technology and financial services investing. prior to founding Noteus, she was a Managing Director in the Growth Equity team of a leading global investment firm and served on its investment committee. in this role, she built and led the firm’s presence across the DACH, Nordics, and Central and Eastern Europe regions, and led investments in companies such as Aiven, commercetools, Thought Machine, and Tink.

earlier in her career, Zoé was part of the investment arm of Axel Springer, where she focused on classifieds and marketplace businesses. during this time, she was also involved in a joint venture with General Atlantic.

Zoé began her career at Blackstone in New York and Paris.
